The plan consist in ending the resistance and making sure anyone protesting the abuses done by the external oppressive forces of this so called environment of 'progress' and destruction of our natural and ecological system of delicate mountains and cultural sustainability of the original people of America, cant rise their voices in a popular nor democratic way, by taking out all resistance leaders.
