Hablar sobre la situacion de Venezuela y de los pueblos originarios.
I am going to talk about 2 topics, one international, the second local.
* I am going to talk about some tribal problems in Venezuela, since Mayor Boria went to Washington to speak to the congress about it in another perspective...

* ---Mine its going to be about the originary people of Venezuela, the Yukpa in this case, that have also been struggling that kind of treatment, applied by the Venezuelan government and the Hacendados. 15 sec
* A precedent historic event that have happen In 2009 About the dispute between the Autonomy of the originary people in Zulia, Venezuela and the repressive government with some local hacendados.
* Happened when Two communities occupied a farm in Chaktapa, Zulia, to protest the slow pace of the zoning process. The national executive put in place a strategy to divide the occupiers, and in an obscure deed three natives were assassinated.
* That was the perfect excuse to take back the farm the military way and to criminalize Sabino Romero, who spent 18 months in prison accused of the homicide.
* While the ranchers accused him of cattle rustling, the regional private media stoked the dirty war against the indigenous struggle with the support of allies in Caracas: the Interior and Justice Minister Tareck El Aissami and the Indian Affairs Minister Nicia Maldonado. 1.30sec
* And the second topic, a local techonological and educative organic agency.
* Doral needs a better employment agency, with an improved computer laboratory, efficiently and free to the public. 15 sec
* Thats why I have created a non-for-profit technological and educative agency plan called Eco-Grind which is Built as an organic-coalition with some public libraries and in some cases, within the local commerce. 15sec
* The Agency will also need that each of the selected public libraries increases their numbers of computers with its current technological update. as well as other media equipment. 15sec
* Another thing is that ...As i recently saw early this morning, that the counsel room needs bigger screens, so each of the participant's message can be shown in a better quality, the old ones could be donated to the Libraries. 15sec
Im not against the raise, but for some to do the same, they protest.
